Access Control Systems: Maintenance, Repair, Installation and Related Services

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide access control systems maintenance, repair, installation, and related services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a three-year period, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The vendor will be required to furnish and deliver Kantech access control readers, controllers, and provide related services county-wide. The scope of work includes all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to perform the work. Key considerations include the vendor's experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to primary, secondary, and tertiary vendors, with the primary vendor being the first point of contact. • The vendor will be required to provide all-inclusive pricing, including labor, equipment, materials, and overhead. • The county reserves the right to perform work in-house or through other means. • A local vendor preference may be included in the evaluation process.
