The City of Saginaw is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing carpet and install commercial‑grade luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in two office spaces at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work covers approximately 600 sq ft and includes furniture protection, carpet disposal, substrate preparation, installation of LVP, cove base, transition strips, and final cleanup.
