Market Survey for Procurement of Spares in Support of the Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical (SMART-T) Program.

The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for the procurement of spares in support of the Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical (SMART-T) program. The agency is seeking information from companies that can manufacture the 0831-1000 Fiber Optic Cleaning Kit. The kit is used to clean single fiber and TFOCA 2.5mm end-faces, and it includes a miniature screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, and 50 new alignment sleeves. • The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. • The procurement is for a small quantity of kits, which were previously procured in early 2026 for training purposes. • The Government prefers spot buy and fixed quantity, but companies are asked to describe their capability to meet these preferences. • Companies are also asked to provide information on their experience with obsolescence issues, test equipment, and delivery schedules.
