Description
The State of Tennessee seeks a single prime contractor to operate a full‑service dining facility for the Multi‑Agency Law Enforcement Training Academy (MALETA). The contractor will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, special‑event meals and box‑lunches, manage menu development, accommodate extensive dietary restrictions, operate and maintain POS hardware, digital signage, coffee service, and all required kitchen equipment. The contract is for a 60‑month term with an estimated volume of up to 4,200 meals per day (≈200 K regular meals in Year 1, growing ~10 % annually). Key obligations include emergency feeding plans, 72‑hour on‑site food inventory, rigorous staffing, background checks, health testing, and quarterly reporting.
• Provide up to 1,400 meals per service period across three daily meals, with optional weekend and holiday service.
• Install three POS stations, integrate with State SEOS badge system, and maintain digital menu boards.
• Deliver comprehensive food‑service operations, including menu rotation, dietary accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free, kosher/halal, allergy‑sensitive), and coffee/service hours.
• Meet extensive compliance requirements: licensing, insurance, nondiscrimination, data‑security, AI usage, and debarment certifications.
