The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a supplier to provide a commercial-off-the-shelf network sniffer hardware and software solution, with incidental installation services, training, and maintenance. The solution will be used to analyze network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and enhance network performance and security monitoring capabilities. The project includes deliverables such as a network sniffer tool, deployment report, and training materials. The selected bidder must provide a half-day of training for the Commonwealth at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
