The University of Oklahoma is seeking a supplier to provide reliable, responsive, and comprehensive supply support for general utility plant equipment essential to the operation of the University of Oklahoma Norman Campus. The selected supplier must demonstrate strong supply capabilities, competitive cost-plus pricing, and the ability to provide timely product availability, warranty support, and vendor cost documentation upon request. The contract will be for a term of one year with the option to renew for up to five additional years. The supplier will be required to provide a range of services, including technical consultation, product identification, and equipment compatibility guidance, as well as routine maintenance and warranty support. • The University is seeking a supplier that can provide a wide range of general utility plant equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, metering and control equipment, actuators, air compressors, heat exchangers, fans, VFDs, MCCs, UPS units, and other related components. • The supplier must be an authorized dealer, reseller, or distributor for the manufacturers and product lines offered. • The supplier must demonstrate technical competency in identifying, sourcing, and supplying equipment compatible with existing utility plant systems. • The supplier must provide standard manufacturer warranties for all materials supplied, along with clear warranty terms. • The supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide timely order fulfillment, maintain consistent product availability, and respond quickly to urgent sourcing needs for critical utility plant equipment.
