Description
The L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of repairs, services, and maintenance for school kitchen equipment. The contract is expected to last for 3.5 years, starting on March 1, 2026, with options to renew for an additional three years in one-year increments. The successful vendor will be required to provide billable hourly labor rates and mark-up percentages for parts and materials needed. The vendor will also be required to perform maintenance and service on kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, milk coolers, ovens, and steamers.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to public education institutions.
• The vendor must be able to provide product velocity/usage reports as needed.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Buy American Act and the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and certify that it is not an "Iran linked business" within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
