Description
This solicitation seeks a three‑year term contract to provide comprehensive generator maintenance services for the western Tennessee region, covering routine preventive maintenance, quarterly inspections, emergency response, and load‑bank testing of multiple diesel and propane generators located at various TEMA sites. The contractor must supply qualified personnel, maintain detailed service records, and meet strict response‑time requirements for both emergency and non‑emergency calls. All work must comply with state procurement rules, warranty obligations, and Buy‑America requirements.
• Perform annual and quarterly preventive maintenance on generators ranging from 10 kW to 200 kW (diesel and LP‑fuel).
• Provide 24/7 emergency response (on‑site within 2 hours) and non‑emergency response (within 1 business day).
• Conduct bi‑annual load‑bank testing (2‑hour tests) using contractor‑supplied portable load banks, and submit detailed reports, sign‑in/out logs, and supporting invoices.
