Civil Engineering Services: Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

The County is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. The selected firms will enter into agreements with the County for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewal periods. The services will include inspection, testing, testing coordination, project management, and other related services. The County will evaluate proposals based on factors such as firm's professional personnel, relevant experience, willingness to meet schedule and budget requirements, and effect of firm's recent, current, and projected workload. • The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. • The County will negotiate fees/wage rates with the top three rated firms. • The selected firms will be required to comply with the County's terms and conditions, including insurance requirements and travel expenses. • The firms will be required to provide a detailed scope of services, including a time frame for completion of various phases and/or milestones. • The firms will be required to prepare a computation of fees to be charged for the services based on the approved hourly rates and fee schedule.
