Peter Prince Airport Hangar Lease

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or entities for the lease of hangar space at Peter Prince Airport. The hangar space is approximately 60 feet wide, 60 feet deep, and 20 feet high, with a bi-fold door and LED overhead lighting. The tenant will be responsible for general maintenance, utilities, insurance, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The evaluation criteria include proposed lease revenue and financial return, overall value and benefit to the county and airport, and proposed use and operational compatibility. • Key features of the hangar space include: • Hangar dimensions: 60x60x20 feet • Door specifications: bi-fold, 55x18 feet • Electrical system: 120/240V, 200A, standard outlets and LED lighting • Fire safety: fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and compliance with NFPA 409 • Flooring: concrete with epoxy coating and 50,000 lb load capacity • Additional features: office space, restroom, and storage cabinets The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the bid to the respondent that offers the highest and best value to the county.
