Laundry Machines Supply and Service

The Kansas Department of Corrections is seeking bids for the supply and service of laundry machines. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of available items, services, and labor rates upon request. The bidder must also provide a complete Technical Data Sheet detailing the Manufacturer’s specifications for any equivalent items. The customer is responsible for building to equipment connections, and the vendor will program all equipment and have access to chemical mixers/pumps for calibration. • The contract includes the supply and installation of laundry machines, including washers and dryers. • The vendor must provide monthly lease to include service, and optional purchase price at the end of each lease year. • The vendor must also provide hourly service rate for repairs not included with leased equipment, and mileage rate per mile if applicable. • The contract will be awarded to one or multiple vendors, and the State of Kansas has the right to award to one or multiple vendors.
