Description
The Town of Tazewell is seeking qualified firms to provide a broad range of professional architectural, engineering, and related consulting services on an annual basis, with the possibility of three additional renewal years. The contract will support numerous infrastructure and public‑works projects, from preliminary studies to construction administration, and will also include assistance with securing state, federal, and private funding.
• General consulting, preliminary engineering and architectural evaluations, surveys, and design (including bridge and road design).
• Construction administration, inspection, and representation before regulatory agencies.
• Support for funding applications to agencies such as VDOT, VDHC, USDA Rural Development, ARC, and others.
• Annual contract term with up to three optional renewal years, providing a long‑term partnership opportunity.
