The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is seeking a sole‑source provider to supply College of American Pathologists (CAP) proficiency testing samples for forensic pathology (TOX) for FY27. The contract will be a fixed‑price, annual agreement covering the period from award through September 30, 2027, and must include an ISO‑17025 certification. This work supports the agency’s accreditation requirements under NAME, ISO, and ANAB.
• Provide CAP proficiency test kits (CAP#2953701‑04) for forensic pathology.
• Must hold ISO‑17025 certification and meet ANAB accreditation standards.
• Fixed‑price contract, budget‑constrained, with a total value not exceeding the Quick‑Quote ceiling of $25 k.
