Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million, based on the scope of work and the requirements of the project. The contractor will need to provide a detailed estimate of the costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to complete the project. The VA will also need to consider the costs of any additional work, such as asbestos abatement or electrical upgrades, that may be required. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the materials and equipment required, and the labor costs. The contractor's experience and reputation may also be a factor in determining the budget.
