• Deliver mid‑grade gasoline, ULSD (Number 2 diesel) and winter‑blend diesel to eight specified sites, each with storage capacity and estimated six‑month volume.
• Pricing formula: OPIS base price + fixed reseller surcharge + per‑gallon state/federal fees; taxes included, no separate tax line.
• Weekly invoicing required, accompanied by OPIS reports; delivery tickets must show product, quantity, and the day’s posted terminal price.
• Local‑business preference (up to 5 %) for vendors with a physical location inside Morgan County; all vendors must be within 100 mi of the county.
• Contract term: July 1 2026 – December 31 2026; no withdrawal allowed for 60 days after the bid deadline.
