Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a vendor to provide heavy equipment rental services for the Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge in Florida. The required equipment includes two 30-ton class excavators with mulching attachments, two 110 hp skid steers, and one 920-950 gallon diesel fuel trailer. The vendor must also provide an equipment rental protection package for all equipment. The period of performance is from May 18, 2026, to October 23, 2026.
• The equipment must be delivered to the customer site and picked up by the vendor.
• The vendor must provide a price for the pricing schedule and a written acknowledgement that they have the requested equipment available for rent during the request period.
• The vendor must also agree to pick up the equipment for storage in the event of a hurricane.
