Description
The City of Lumber City is seeking a reputable consulting firm to provide grant administration and related services for Federally Funded Projects related to community and economic development. The selected firm will assist with the preparation and administration of a 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and may also lead to additional project contracts and/or contract addendums for planning, administrative, and other related services for State and Federally funded projects. The scope of work includes preparation of grant applications, environmental review records, draw/disbursement requests, financial administration of grant funds, and record keeping, among other tasks.

• The procurement action may lead to additional project contracts and/or contract addendums for planning, administrative, and other related services.
• The selected firm will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and administration of a 2026 CDBG.
• The City of Lumber City abides by various laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
• Proposals should be received no later than 5:00 PM on March 2, 2026.
