Description
Fulton County Schools is seeking competitive bids to provide all goods and services necessary for the maintenance, service, and repair of kitchen and cafeteria equipment across its K‑12 facilities. The contract will cover routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and any associated labor needed to keep kitchen appliances and fixtures operational. Bidders must be able to respond quickly to service calls, possess appropriate certifications for commercial kitchen equipment, and demonstrate experience working with school districts or similar public‑sector clients.
• Scope includes repair of commercial ovens, ranges, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and related fixtures.
• Services encompass scheduled preventive maintenance contracts as well as on‑call emergency repairs.
• All work must comply with state health and safety regulations and school district procurement policies.
• Bids submitted electronically via the Bonfire procurement portal by 2:30 PM EST on Sep 24, 2026.
