Description
The Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a broad range of tools and essential gear for its statewide operations. Vendors must provide pricing that meets or exceeds the reference brand and specification requirements listed in Attachment 2, include an official quote, and supply a delivery schedule (After Receipt of Order – ARO). A completed pricing sheet (BidTable) is required with each submission. The solicitation is posted on the OAG procurement portal and responses are due by the stated deadline.
• Required items include knives, utility pens, tool sets, flashlights, razors, handcuffs, work boots, and related accessories (per NIGP codes).
• Vendors must be registered on the Bonfire platform and be on the Texas Comptroller’s Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
• Submissions must include price, delivery schedule, and a completed BidTable.
• No pre‑bid meeting or site visit is indicated.
• Deadline for bids: 10/15/2026, 2:00 PM.
