CSU Channel Islands Off- Site Confidential Document Shredding Services

The California State University, Channel Islands is soliciting proposals from qualified confidential shredding companies to provide off-site confidential shredding services. The services will be limited to the hauling and destruction of confidential document shredding and possibly other mixed media confidential materials. The contract will be for a term of three years, with two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be required to provide electronic proof of service for each individual container pickup and assign a single account manager/representative who will be the sole point of contact for all shredding issues, questions, and service requests. • The contractor will perform confidential shredding service for all locations listed under the bin locations section. • The contractor shall lease CSUCI standard size 32-gallon containers or the industry standard equivalent for each listed location in Exhibit A. • The University reserves the right to make changes to bin locations or cancel sites with 14 days written notice to the Contractor. • The contractor will be responsible for providing electronic proof of service for each individual container pickup and/or by signing, dating, and time stamping a log located at each individual bin upon each successful service.
