Sources Sought_PMEL High-Frequency Universal Counters (Keysight 53230A)

The United States Air Force is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources to provide High-Frequency Universal Counters for the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The required equipment is a Keysight 53230A Universal Frequency Counter/Timer with specific configurations. The contractor shall provide three units of this equipment, which must be new and meet the specified technical requirements. The equipment will be used to calibrate critical high-frequency Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). • The equipment must meet the specifications provided, including the manufacturer, model, and required options. • The contractor shall provide an estimated delivery timeline upon contract award based on standard commercial lead times. • The equipment shall be shipped FOB Destination to the PMEL facility receiving area at Wright-Patterson AFB. • The contractor shall provide the standard commercial Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty for all units, effective upon the date of Government acceptance.
