Duncan VIPER Tower Rebuild

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is seeking a vendor to rebuild the Duncan VIPER Tower. The project includes constructing a new tower at the Duncan site and decommissioning the existing tower in Harnett County, NC. The entire project must be completed within approximately three months of award. The contract will have an initial term of one year, beginning on the date of final contract execution. Key aspects of the project include: • Tower construction: labor and materials • Decommissioning and removal of existing equipment: labor and materials • The vendor must provide a firm fixed price, all-inclusive of labor, materials, transportation, and overhead. The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more vendors and to reject all original offers.
