Maintenance Small Projects

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (TPA) is seeking to pre‑qualify firms that can perform small‑scale maintenance projects at Tampa International Airport on an as‑needed basis for a five‑year term. Qualified companies will be placed on a “Qualified Company List” and may receive purchase orders for work in four categories: (1) Electrical, (2) HVAC, (3) Plumbing, and (4) Roofing. The authority will issue Request for Quotes to the list, and the lowest‑priced, compliant quote will be awarded a purchase order. Work includes installation, repair, replacement, and warranty service of systems and components, with all permits, inspections, safety, and disposal responsibilities falling on the contractor. No guarantee of volume; qualification only provides eligibility for future orders. The solicitation requires electronic submission via the OpenGov portal, compliance with Florida licensing, OSHA, and insurance requirements, and adherence to detailed technical standards (NEC, ASHRAE, UPC, NRCA, etc.). The qualification period runs from November 5 2026 through November 4 2031.
