Landfill Gas, Groundwater Monitoring & Sampling

The State of California Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide Landfill Gas, Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling services at Camp Roberts, located at Hwy. 101, Camp Roberts, CA 93451. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform the services. A mandatory pre-bid job walk will be held on January 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Bidders must attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements. • The contractor must provide qualified and trained personnel during the contract period. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions: publishing a statement notifying employees that unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited, establishing a Drug-Free Awareness Program, and providing a copy of the company's drug-free workplace policy statement to every employee who works on the proposed Agreement. • The contractor must certify under penalty of perjury that it is not a “scrutinized” company as defined in Public Contract Code section 10476. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the California Civil Rights Laws, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
