Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for two state-leased buildings located in Jefferson City, Missouri. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, glass surface cleaning, floor cleaning, and restroom cleaning. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 24,745 square feet.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays
* Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as specified in the contract
* Furnishing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services
* Having a contractor contact person who is able to communicate and act on behalf of the contractor and resides within 30 miles of the building
* Providing a sufficient number of floor safety signs and barriers to alert building tenants about any slip/trip/fall hazards
* Using environmentally preferable products, unless otherwise specified
* Maintaining a file of Safety Data Sheets for each supply/chemical used in the building
