Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking quotes for off-center lodging for students from October 28, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The government requires an estimated 2754 rooms, with the number subject to change based on class changes. Hotels must be within 60 driving miles from the front gate of FLETC in Glynco, GA, and have an active SAM registration.
Key requirements include:
* Working safe or safety deposit boxes in a secure location
* Hotels that require a toll or parking fee to access the location must reimburse the student on the day of arrival and provide passes for the remaining stay
* Prices above per diem will not be considered fair and reasonable
* The government will only pay for actual nights that students were in residence at the hotel/motel
* Hotels must allow late checkouts and notify the CO/COR within four hours of an early departure
