Description
The Cuyahoga County Department of Development seeks an experienced firm to provide economic development technical assistance, including financial analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and advisory services for various development finance projects.
• Conduct financial underwriting and loan structuring for county‑run development projects.
• Advise on federal, state, and local development incentives such as NMTC, CDBG, HOME, and historic tax credits.
• Deliver training, stakeholder engagement, and reporting services, including CRM updates and performance documentation.
• Prepare and present analysis to county loan committees and assist municipalities and businesses with project financing.
• Maintain required insurance and compliance throughout the contract term.
