Downtown Wayfinding System

The City of St. Cloud is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate and install wayfinding signage based on the Design Intent Document (DID) dated June 10, 2025. The scope of work includes fabrication, delivery, installation, permitting, traffic control, and warranty. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in related work and must employ MOT-certified staff. The project requires compliance with various federal and state regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act. Some key requirements of the project include: * Fabrication of aluminum signs with powder coating or baked enamel finish * Installation of signs with ensured plumb, level, and alignment * Compliance with wind-load engineering and ADA-compliant clearances * Permitting and traffic control * A 5-year warranty on materials and a 1-year installation workmanship warranty The City of St. Cloud encourages minority and women business enterprises to participate in the procurement process.
