Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center is requesting bids from an HVAC Contractor to conduct upgrades to an existing IT server room. The scope of services includes demolishing and replacing the existing CRAC unit and associated piping and ductwork, installing two new CRAC units, BAS monitoring controls, UPS, and a new feeder from the existing transformer to the new UPS. The goal of the project is to perform work with the least amount of interruption to building operation and occupants. Key requirements include:
• Demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity for at least two projects each in excess of $400,000.00
• Demonstrated bonding capability up to $400,000.00 for an individual project
• Attendance and sign-in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference
• Submission of bid bond, minimum requirements documentation, and bid form
The project duration is 6 months, and the estimated project cost is $370,369.00.
