BID #26044 Irrigation Valve Replacement at Holland Youth Sports Complex

The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking a contractor to provide irrigation valve replacement services at Holland Park. The project includes the installation of 21 irrigation valves, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the installation. The contract performance period will be for 3 months, and the contractor will be required to maintain an adequate safety program and provide proof of insurance. The evaluation criteria for the proposal will include firm experience, qualifications of staff, understanding of the requirement, references, and cost/price. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a cover letter, table of contents, business information, qualifications and experience, and a price proposal. • The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and maintain an adequate safety program. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and a Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance (GSIC) affidavit.
