On-Call Water & Wastewater Consulting Services

The City of Surprise Water Resource Management Department is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide On-Call Water & Wastewater Consulting Services. The selected firms will provide professional consulting services on an as-needed, task-oriented basis to support water and wastewater facilities, infrastructure, operations, and water resource planning. The services may include planning and engineering, water resources and hydrology, SCADA, control systems, and electrical systems, regulatory and permitting support, system evaluation and asset management, and construction and implementation support. The City intends to enter into multiple contracts with qualified firms, and the contracts will be awarded based on qualifications, relevant experience, and technical competence. • The City serves approximately 75,000 wastewater customers and 25,000 water customers. • The City operates 22 wells, 7 water supply facilities, 4 wastewater treatment plants, and associated pipelines. • The selected firms will be required to provide a detailed fee proposal for each task order. • The City reserves the right to reject the Contractor's scope and fee and perform the work with other contractors or resources. • The number of Offerors appointed to the on-call list will be at the discretion of the City based on the quality of responses received.
