Description
SEPTA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, and contract‑support services for its onboard vehicle video surveillance (VVS) system across its rail fleet. The work will be performed under the latest railway industry standards (AREMA, APTA) and will support the reliability and safety of video equipment on all service vehicles. The base contract spans three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and all bids must be submitted electronically via SEPTA’s ePS system.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and testing on VVS hardware and related components.
• Ensure compliance with AREMA and APTA standards, and support DOT‑funded reporting requirements.
• Provide on‑call support, documentation, and contract administration throughout the contract term.
