Description
The State of California, through the Air Resources Board, is seeking a vendor to provide a one‑year subscription renewal and maintenance support for its existing ESRI GIS software suite (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and related extensions). The contractor must supply unlimited online ticket support, deliver patches, bug fixes, and all new software releases at no additional charge, and ship all licenses within 45 working days of PO issuance. The contract is a purchase order with FOB Destination terms, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Provide annual maintenance and subscription updates for all ESRI desktop, Enterprise, and cloud GIS products currently used by CARB.
• Offer unlimited help‑desk ticket support (8 am‑5 pm PST/PDT, Mon‑Fri) and ensure delivery of licenses within 45 working days of PO award.
• Submit a complete electronic bid by Sep 30 2026, including all mandatory attachments, cost worksheet pricing, and any required socio‑economic certifications.
