6515--Pre-Solicitation/Sources Sought Notice - SITERITE ULTRASOUND (Brand Name or Equal)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO16) is seeking information from potential contractors on their ability to provide the Site RiteT 9 Ultrasound System (brand name or equal). The system is designed to enhance vascular access procedures through advanced imaging and tracking technologies. The contractor shall provide the Site RiteT 9 Ultrasound System, which includes several items such as the SiteRiteT 9 Ultrasound System, SiteRiteT 9 Ultrasound System CueT Linear Probe, Sony Medical Printer, and others. The system will be delivered to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in North Little Rock, AR. The contractor shall provide full manufacturer’s data, literature, and installation, operation, and maintenance instructions with the technical quote. • The Site RiteT 9 Ultrasound System is designed to enhance vascular access procedures through advanced imaging and tracking technologies. • The system includes several items such as the SiteRiteT 9 Ultrasound System, SiteRiteT 9 Ultrasound System CueT Linear Probe, Sony Medical Printer, and others. • The system will be delivered to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in North Little Rock, AR. • The contractor shall provide full manufacturer’s data, literature, and installation, operation, and maintenance instructions with the technical quote. • The contractor shall submit invoices after delivery, installation, testing, and acceptance by the government representative.
