Description
The Maryland State Police is seeking a Master Contractor—already awarded under the 2012 Oracle Hardware Master Contract—to provide a renewal of Oracle Database transceiver hardware and associated services. The solicitation is a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) with a fixed‑price structure. Bids must be submitted electronically via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage by September 7 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Required deliverables include new, unused equipment delivered to the Quartermaster Division, warranty terms, Mercury Affidavit, and lead‑time estimates. Evaluation will be based primarily on price and timeliness of delivery. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal in accordance with COMAR 21.05.03.
• Eligible only to Master Contractors holding the existing Oracle hardware contract (FA IV).
• Hardware categories cover microcomputers/servers, printers, network equipment, security devices, installation/training, and extended warranties.
