Home Services Program

The City of Winter Park has entered into a Home Services Program Master Agreement with Kenick Inc. to provide non-regulated, electrical home services to its utility customers. The services include Surge Protection, and the agreement has a term of two years with the option to renew for up to five additional successive one-year periods. The City of Winter Park will pay Kenick Inc. a monthly fee for each customer enrolled in the program, and Kenick Inc. will be responsible for administering and servicing the program. The agreement also includes provisions for termination, mediation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
