Earth Network Sole Source Claim

The contract is for the provision of a weather observing network of lightning sensors and real-time weather stations by Earth Networks. The system provides alerting data to the entire notification system, including the alerting and mapping software, horn & strobe alerting hardware, and the Countdown Clock. The contract is for a period of one year, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
