Contract value

$350,000

The solicitation requires nine high‑efficiency heat‑pump units (each 5 tons or larger) plus full removal, disposal, duct modifications, concrete pad work, and testing. Assuming an average unit cost of $12,000 (including refrigerant, controls, and required SEER rating) = $108,000. Labor and installation for each unit (including TAB, permitting, and debris removal) might average $15,000, totaling $135,000. Additional site‑specific work (concrete pad extensions, aluminum jacketing, drain pans, and ancillary equipment) could add roughly $80,000. Summing these components yields an estimated contract value of about $323,000. Rounding for contingencies and administrative overhead, a reasonable ballpark is **$350,000**.
