Description
This contract is between Sourcewell and Deere & Company for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Equipment, Attachments, and Accessories with Related Services. The contract is effective from April 30, 2021, to April 30, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional one-year period. The contract includes terms and conditions for pricing, shipping, warranty, and customer service. Deere & Company will provide equipment, products, and services to Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, which include federal, state/province, and municipal governmental entities, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public entities located in the United States and Canada. Some key points of the contract include:
* The contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.
* All equipment and products provided under this contract must be new/current model.
* The vendor must maintain insurance policies in effect at all times during the performance of this contract.
* The vendor will pay an administrative fee to Sourcewell on all equipment, products, and services provided to Participating Entities.
* The contract includes a provision for termination in the event of a material breach by either party.
