Treadwell Ice Arena Dehumidifier No. 1 Replacement

The contract is for the replacement of Dehumidifier No. 1 at the Treadwell Ice Arena. The scope of work includes removing the existing dehumidifier, related ductwork, and propane piping, and installing a new dehumidifier, extending necessary ducts and piping, and providing DDC controls for monitoring and alarms. The contract also requires the contractor to balance air flows and commission the new dehumidifier and controls.
