The purpose of this best value RFP is to provide The California State University Office of the Chancellor Center for Community Engagement (COCCE) with an upgrade to Drupal 9 for its CalstateS4 website. The current version of CalState S4 is built on Drupal 7, which is scheduled to no longer be supported on November 28, 2022. The contract was awarded to Four Kitchens.
