Billing Document Specialists Customer Service Agreement

The contract is for print and mail services, online and over-the-counter payments, incoming and outgoing interactive voice response, and BMS to BDS interface for the Bay County Utility Services. The annual cost is $55,000.00. The contract has a term of one year with three additional one-year renewals. The vendor, Billing Document Specialists, will provide customer service support between 8 AM and 5 PM mountain time, Monday through Friday, except posted holidays. • The contract includes services such as print and mail, online payments, over-the-counter payments, incoming and outgoing interactive voice response, and BMS to BDS interface. • The vendor will provide customer service support via email and phone. • The contract has a term of one year with three additional one-year renewals. • The annual cost is $55,000.00. • The vendor will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and codes of federal, state, and local governments.
