FY2019 Wastewater & Water Improvements

The City of Duncanville is contracting for wastewater and water replacement services to improve the quality of City Public Utilities as part of the long-term Utility Asset Management Program. The project includes the replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete curb, and concrete sidewalk, as well as the installation of new water and wastewater pipes. The contract was awarded to two vendors, Douglas Dailey Construction LLC and SYB Construction Co Inc.
