Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for the replacement of an uninterruptible power system (UPS) at the Coachella Valley Dispatch Center. The contract includes the supply, support, and maintenance of the UPS system, as well as the provision of all equipment and related manufacture submittals, appurtenances, factory and field testing, warrantees, and factory supervision and training. The contract also includes the transfer of all equipment and related manufacture submittals, appurtenances, factory and field testing, warrantees, and factory supervision and training to the construction contractor when the construction contract is awarded. The key aspects of the contract include:
• The supply, support, and maintenance of the UPS system
• The provision of all equipment and related manufacture submittals, appurtenances, factory and field testing, warrantees, and factory supervision and training
• The transfer of all equipment and related manufacture submittals, appurtenances, factory and field testing, warrantees, and factory supervision and training to the construction contractor
• The requirement for the equipment supplier to fully cooperate with the construction contractor
• The requirement for the equipment supplier to acknowledge that all costs for work required by the equipment supplier under the accompanying specification are included in the purchase price
