On-Call Real Estate and Land Use Financial Services

The City of Fullerton is seeking professional Real Estate and Land Use Financial Advisory services to provide on-call services related to city real estate and land use matters. The selected vendors will provide services including financial advisory, due diligence, and other related tasks. The contract was awarded to five firms: Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., Kosmont Companies, RSG Incorporated, Housing on Merit, and Cushman & Wakefield. • The services will be provided on an as-needed basis. • The contract is for on-call real estate and land use financial services. • The City of Fullerton will reach out to the qualifying firms for next steps. • The contract is managed by the City of Fullerton Purchasing Division.
