This solicitation seeks a qualified fuel supplier to provide mid‑grade unleaded gasoline, Number 2 diesel, and winter‑blend diesel to every Morgan County fuel site for a six‑month period. The contractor must deliver fuel F.O.B. each site, blend additives into diesel at no extra charge, and submit weekly invoices with supporting OPIS price reports. Pricing is based on a per‑gallon formula: the Denver rack price from an OPIS report (April 28 2026) plus a fixed reseller markup and applicable federal/state fees. Delivery locations include a main site and several satellite tanks with capacities ranging from 500 gal to 12 000 gal. The County may give a 5 % preference to locally‑based vendors, but all bidders must be within a 100‑mile radius.
