Professional Process Service

The County of Sacramento is seeking to establish multiple contracts with contractors to provide professional process service on an "as needed" basis. The service of civil process consists of delivering documentation in a judicial proceeding, including summons and complaint, orders of examination, writs of execution, and subpoenas. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP.
