Description
The School Board of Charlotte County, Florida is seeking providers for roof inspections and consulting services. The contract includes a variety of services such as visual roof inspections, infrared and nuclear roof moisture surveys, roof repair and replacement documents, and project management. The services will be provided on a task order basis, and the contract will be awarded to the best value provider. The contract has a primary provider, Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc., and an alternate provider, Terracon Consultants, Inc. Some of the key services to be provided include:

• Infrared & Nuclear Roof Moisture Surveys
• Roof Repair and Replacement Documents
• Document Review & Bidding Services
• Project Management, Construction Administration Quality Control & Inspection
• Roof Maintenance Programs
• Prepare specifications for task orders.
