Business Process Engineering & Optimization at TSTC- Statewide

This contract is for business process engineering and optimization services at Texas State Technical College. The college is looking for an expert to help document and analyze their business processes and build a roadmap for organizational optimization. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
