Description
This contract is for on-call construction testing and inspection services, including asbestos and lead services, concrete testing and inspection, fireproofing/firestopping testing and inspection, geotechnical services, masonry testing and inspection, industrial hygiene services, pavement testing and inspection, archaeological resources investigation, environmental site assessment, remediation services, roofing/waterproofing services, structural steel testing and inspection, and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services. The contract has a maximum allowable compensation of $1,000,000 and a term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The vendor is required to provide professional services to accomplish projects and services as described in the contract, and the County will assign a staff member to work with the vendor. The contract also includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and compliance with laws and regulations.
